BAKE AND CHURN ICE CREAM CAKES

when you say "ICE CREAM", I drool..
I love ice creams..It was the best thing I've ever ate made for everybody.. :DDD
But when you say "CAKE", I started cringing for one especially in special occasions..

Mix them both, and you'll have a COOL CAKE..hehe

The first time it made known to me was when I was looking for a birthday gift as a FOOD..
I just tumbled upon this heavenly goodness and researched about it..
Unluckily, there weren't any in store for me in our town.
I asked my childhood best friend, Sheila, if she had already tasted one..
And she said "yes"..and now she gave me a very mouth-watering details about it..
I also inquired my big aunt about this and she agreed it tasted great..
Now, I was really drooling..

At the saddest point of my life not being able to eat one, a blessings dropped in front of me..
"oh my", it was already now in front of me, why didn't i notice it?..
I ordered this mango madness slice..(I'm a mango lover)
It was too thin for a P45..
aww, but it was great..The ice cream was at the middle part of the cake mostly 3/4 of the cake..(assumed)
I've already tasted it twice..but the one chocolate on the cup was too sweet..(P50)

Overall, I liked it, a thumbs up yet a little expensive..

S&R

When I was craving for a pizza..
Roxanne told me about this..(She was my college company)

S&R at Baclaran..

Next time, I'm going to venture it and unravel some stories about it..
But before go there..Let's have a first impression..
S&R was a branch from New York..so i suppose it was very luxurious..
They have big pizza, so I think it was good because all the reviews I've read says so..It was pricey, I know..

Palsun Korean Chinese Restaurant

ahh~ gluttony has overcome me ..
I raveled the net to find some Korean food resto in Manila and found this..

"Palsun Korean Chinese Restaurant"

How did I get there?..
i got off at Petron station at the Taft Avenue, Pedro Gil Street..(near UPM / PGH)
walk straight in Pedro Gil street, and go left on the Fourth street..
i dunno if it was Adriatico St. but it was near Robinsons Ermita..

Anyway, the food there was very expensive no wonder why there wasn't any customer..
When I opened the door, the place was great but small..
The people there were nice and they dress like the characters in Coffee Prince
The ambience was nice..

Since the food was very expensive so I ordered jjajangmyeon..
Well, the truth was.. I was really looking for the instant noodle I've tasted before that my aunt gave me..
It was spicy with orange color and I don't know..but I liked it..
Surfing 'round the net I found this " jjajangmyeon " which looks so much like it and I wonder if this was the food I was looking for..
Additionally, jjajangmyeon was a street food in Korea, it was their spaghetti..
I ventured out for a journey..and found myself in front of this store..I mean restaurant..
I waited a little bit, they gave me a big scissor and a table napkin..
After served the jjajangmyeon on my table..
"waah`", it's really big, i wonder if i can finish all of this..
but "where is the fork?"..aww..of course you should use chopsticks but i dunno how so, I asked for a fork..

There were seasonings to place if you want to..
- a mango-like, i dunno..it was sweet, i like it..
- an onion, or so what i think..aghh, it's bad..it was really smelly..
- leaves-like..
- a paste..it was sour..

okay, i place the table napkin on my lap and put one on my t-shirt..
Cut the noodles and some seasonings using the scissors because they are TOO BIG..that's the way it was to be..
The jjajangmyeon was really oily, I don't like oily foods..
so, MINUS 2
I've placed too much onions and it makes me puke..
so, MINUS .5
I like the mago-like sliced,
so, PLUS .5
The paste leaves me full and my stomach began pushing the food out..
Overall, I didn't like it..so I left it though i don't want leaving food behind but I can't handle the taste..It gross for me..

my 250 pesos was wasted.. :(
Leaving me unsatisfied..
